Good News: Birth mom wants to continue with the adoption process and is happy in her decision thus far.
Not so good news: The judge says that the birth father must be served papers and will not terminate rights until that is done. The adoption agency will be hiring a "server" and will try to track him down.
The next court date is April 12. The father needs to be contacted by then.
Now...we wait, and enjoy time with the boy God has given us:)

oh man, I'm sorry you still have to wait. But like you said - I am so glad you have little Caleb to enjoy :) I was praying for you guys today and will continue to pray they will track down the birth father soon!
